MATCHA SALT
The all time classic, this is a blend of Matcha green tea and salt. The aroma of Matcha and the beautiful green color will bring out the umami of the dish. Excellent with Tempura and other fried cuisine, as well as chicken and vegetables. We use Japanese Matcha.

YUZU SALT
Enjoy the refreshing aroma of Yuzu. Excellent dipping sauce for Tempura and fried dish. Add to Udon and Hot Pot for a change. Often used for making simple Japanese pickles.。

SANSHO SALT
Mixed with Sansho (dried and ground Japanese Pepper leaves). It is hot but refreshing and has long-lasting aroma. Excellent especially with shrimp and fatty fish.
