We use high quality farmed turtles that are raised on excellent water, food and environment in Kumamoto Prefecture. No agricultural chemicals and antibiotics are used. SUPPON (Softshell Turtle) WHOLE MEAT (M)
Before packaging, our Japan-farmed turtle is gutted, neck and tail removed, cut in chunks, and lastly covered with gelatinous turtle shell. Every turtle is handled by an experienced worker. The joints are slightly cut to prevent the meat from falling apart while cooking. It is also skinned, so you just need to thaw and rinse before cooking. Great for Hot Pot, Bowl dishes, fried dishes, and more.

SUPPON (Softshell Turtle) SOUP MIXTURE
This tasty and nutritional soup mixture is made from Japan-farmed Softshell Turtle meat, frozen and ground in very low temperature. Just add water or Dashi stock and you will have an authentic Suppon-soup. With this mixture, you can easily experience the luxurious Suppon cuisine. Our Japan-farmed turtle whole meat is frozen at -196℃, ground, and mixed with natural seasonings to make concentrated soup. No artificial colorings or preservatives are added. Dilute with 5 equivalent amount of water or Dashi. A can of Suppon-soup will make 18 Dishes (2,000cc) 。
